Requirements

At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, including 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams in a high-performance environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Primary responsibility for software administration as super-user of multiple applications, managing users, user permissions, vendor and customer accounts, maintenance of general ledger, report structure, and other setup; ensuring internal controls and standards are maintained
Master at Excel Sheets and processes
