Responsibilities:

- Commitment to driving sales of new & pre-owned vehicles in order to achieve/exceed store targets.

- Expand our customer network by promoting & developing new business.

- Actively maintaining your current customer and referral network.

- Follow established sales processes.

- Demonstrate initiative to learn & understand our products & those of the competition.

- Collaborate with management & colleagues to bring new ideas to light.

- Address & resolve customer concerns/ complaints in a professional manner.

- Act as a brand ambassador by professionally representing Lange & Fetter Motors at all times both online and in person.

- Maintaining and updating personal social media accounts with relevant content to help

build your personal brand.

Pay: $41,600.00-$200,000.00 per year
