Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working Closely with onsite Property Manager
Collecting Rent
Answering Phone calls
Managing tenant complaints, requests for maintenance etc. in a timely and professional manner
Handling monthly rent collection, including serving legal notices, communicating with tenants regarding outstanding balances etc.
Handling building vacancy, advertising units, showing units, completing the application process with prospective tenants, adhering to approval policies & procedures, signing leases
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)
Attention to detail
Exceptional organizational & time management skills
Computer skills
Property Management office experience is an asset but not a requirement. Willing to train the right candidate.
Any Knowledge or Experience in Eviction Forms. N4, N5 is an asset
CPIC required
