Atomic is one of the leading manufacturers of winter sports equipment and part of the Amer Sports Corporation. For our Canadian office in Belleville, Ontario we are seeking a Planning Analyst to join our team.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible of supply planning for Canada and be the central interface between the USA subsidiary and global headquarter.
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Supply Planning: Manage supply planning for both B2B and D2C channels and support sales team in Sample/Demo-Test/ESS/STO/Contract/Reorder planning
· Forward Looking OTIF: Be part of developing local supply guidelines, considerations of delivery dates based on BU (Asian vs EMEA sourced items) and support to manage orders from different plants
· OTIF & Delivery improvements: Participate in order book review meetings, provide proactive communication, monitor and suggest improvements
· Direct Shipments: Align and actively communicate with HQ and regional teams on direct shipments. Track direct ship containers.
· Inventory: Forecast and proactively communicate inventory positions. Work with cross functional teams to sell aged inventory in a timely manner and manage inventory levels and targets.
· Order Book Switch: Oversee Order Book Switch, work with cross functional teams and optimize Order Book sourcing (Altenmarkt vs Local DC)
· Airfreight and delivery costs: Understand timelines, align with customer needs and optimize delivery performance while optimizing shipping costs
· Relationships: Foster strong relationships with Atomic Global HQ, local warehouse, D&T, Regional Commercial and Sales Operations teams, acting as the voice of planning.
YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration, with a strong focus on controlling or a comparable education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning
- Affinity for numbers and accuracy
- Deep understanding of reporting and analytical tool’s structure and logic (hierarchy trees, metadata, database architecture etc.). Preferably: SAP AFO, PowerBI, SAP Cloud key-user
- Business-fluent English skills, additional German language skills appreciated
- Team-oriented and communicative approach in an intercultural environment
- Passion for outdoor and winter sports
