• Reception back-up – The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients
• Greeting clients at the main desk or over the phone and answering questions
• Administration
• Handle daily mail and couriers
• Receiving, tracking, distributing and compiling tax return
• Process client payments of cash, cheque or POS
• Printing, emailing, faxing, filing and updating/maintaining detailed tracking lists
• Respond accurately and timely to partner, staff and outside requests
• Call clients to let them know their returns, etc. are ready for pickup
• Compilation of financial statements, corporate tax returns and other tax filings
• Administrative archiving projects
• Other responsibilities as needed
• Experience as a receptionist or office manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with numbers; demonstrates accuracy
• Ability to follow directions, instructions/procedures efficiently and accurately
• Strong Microsoft excel skills
• Works well under pressure
• Strong teaming skills
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience would be an asset
