BELLEVILLE MITSUBISHI AND COMPETITION MOTORS has an exciting opportunity for the right skilled and qualified individual.

The Sales Manager is a key leader of the Sales team and experience in the automotive sales industry is a must. The successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the new, and the used car market with a customer focused attitude. They will work with the sales, business office, and service department to provide our clients the experience they have been accustomed to. The Sales Manager is dedicated to motivating their sales team, will be energetic, a proven leader, and demonstrate the desire to learn processes designed to create a winning team, you must have your OMVIC and previous Sales Manager experience.

To be successful, you should be up-to-date with all the latest details on our product and have a passion for helping people make a decision. You should be able to identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals, overcome objectives, and close the deal by being honest and without being judgmental or aggressive.

Responsibilities:

  • Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Building a rapport with potential customers and service customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them, and be able to follow up every day with potential customers.
  • Assisting customers with completing the relevant Quotation and paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
  • Maintaining reporting structures, follow up and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
  • Collaborating with all team members to reach sales targets.
  • Assisting in marketing our products, posting online, social media, website, advertising and assist with set up of showroom and promotional displays
