We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments for clients, shop scheduling and providing advice on vehicle maintenance and repair. Must have prior automotive expearience and be able to communicate about vehicles and related tasks to both the technitians and our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide accurate estimates for customers. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date records of all services performed and maintaining a positive working relationship with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Inspect vehicles and document findings.
- Explain repair options to customers.
- Advise customers on maintenance schedules and services needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Shop scheduling

Experience:
- Automotive Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
