We are seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments
- Provide customers with information about services offered and recommend necessary repairs
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain repair recommendations
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients

looking For someone that has a good knowledge in the automotive field. our operating system we use is costar knowledge of that would also be a plus .
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
