About the Role Summary
As a restaurant line cook you will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of meals served in our establishment. Reporting to the F&B and Restaurant Lead, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety will be vital in maintaining high standards in the kitchen. You will be responsible for meal preparation and food handling, contributing to a seamless dining experience. Your strong communication skills will facilitate collaboration with team members, while your restaurant and kitchen experience will enhance our food service operations.
We offer a tip-out program, golf and merchandise perks. This is a seasonal role with opportunities to extend into on-call work in the off season (November-March) but will be mainly a April-November job, with option to be called back the next golf season.

At least 2 year experience required.
Responsibilities
Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day.
High level of professionalism.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.

Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
