The Belleville Senators Hockey Cub is the Bay of Quinte’s pro hockey team and American Hockey League Affiliate of the Ottawa Senators. We play all 36 of our home games at the CAA Arena located in the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre at 265 Cannifton Rd., Belleville, ON.
Job Description:
The Belleville Senators are hiring multiple positions in our game-day Promo Crew. The PromoCrew is responsible for bringing excitement and fun to the CAA Arena during Belleville Senators'home games. The promo crew works as a team to facilitate on and off-ice activations, findcontestants for activities and lead the cheer!
Job Duties:
Members of the promo crew will be responsible for:
- Preparing and executing in-game activities and sponsor activations
- Seek out and lead fans in the stands to participate in activities
- Clean up after activities and activations
- Get fans engaged in the game and lead cheers
- Follow directions from the Producer and Promo Crew Supervisor
Requirements
Members of the ice crew will be required to:
- Follow instructions from the game script, Promo Crew Supervisor and the Producer
- Ensure high attention to detail during activities and sponsored activations
- Lift heavy objects
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Take initiative
- Must be outgoing and able to talk to and interact with strangers
- Field questions and concerns from fans and direct them to the proper channels
- Must be able to multitask efficiently
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
