Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within our organization, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsable for implement testing strategies, and collaborate with various departments to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for launch and change control of relevant quality platform developments, including the release of new pool molds and pool builds
  • Accountable for Quality Key Performance Indicators relevant to finished pools and molds
  • Leading and being a team member for issue screening and continuous improvement processes
  • Driving quality plans and meeting production targets
  • Performing audits of all departments
  • Managing and controlling quality costs that are supported by management
  • Lead and champion Product Quality Issue Management (PQIM). Review, lead and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
  • Promote 5S methods to achieve business goals
  • Leading and being a team member on multiple projects simultaneously, within stringent time constraints, using discretion and independent judgment with the ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers, stakeholders and clients
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes.
  • Lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute test plans for software applications across various platforms including web and mobile.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify defects early in production
  • Analyze test results, document findings, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in software testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance management or a similar role.
  • 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, on the job experience is considered
  • Exposure working with new product development
  • Experience with product management of high expense and complex technical products
  • Solid Lean, continuous improvement and root cause analysis background with prior process improvement assignments, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused, enthusiastic.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving quality objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week
