We are confident that our people, our systems and our values will continue to create a strong and reliable brand in our marketplace and a caring real estate solution for our clients.We are looking for someone who can be inspired by our vision and willing to be invested in the future of our business.Role Overview:Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills looking to make an impact in today’s changing real estate industry?In this full-time role, you’ll manage our MLS listings, transaction paperwork, and key deadlines, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of our transaction process, supporting our agents and providing essential administrative support.You will work closely with and report to our Operations Manager, to play a vital role on our team and in the real estate transaction cycle of our clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage MLS listings (data, photos, videos) across various platforms
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and listing promotions
  • Process contracts, agreements, and all real estate transaction paperwork
  • Track deadlines for contracts, inspections, and other critical milestones
  • Manage transaction checklists to keep everything on schedule
  • Maintain communication with agents, clients, lawyers and brokerage staff to ensure smooth transactions and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background in real estate or a similar field is preferred.
  • 2-year diploma in business, management or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent administrative skills, including document preparation, file management, and creating spreadsheets
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, regional MLS services (Matrix), WebForms, and CRMs/customer databases
  • Enthusiastic about adopting new systems and tasks
  • Proven confidentiality and professionalism
  • Comfortable communicating internally and externally to clients in a fast moving environment.
  • Commitment to enthusiastic, caring, customer service
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Position Highlights:

  • Minimum starting rate of $20.00/hour, with compensation based on experience and qualifications
