We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Greet I visitors warmly,
- Manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and organizing documents.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite effectively for communication and documentation purposes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and procedures is preferred.
