Job Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, possess strong communication skills, and have a background in childcare and classroom management.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with children in educational activities to promote learning and development
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and progress
- Utilize computer skills for record-keeping and educational purposes
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)
- Proficiency in English; French proficiency is an asset
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management abilities to balance multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Competency in computer operations for administrative tasks

Pay: $45,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
