About the Role
As our Restaurant Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations while working closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless and high-quality service. You’ll play a vital role in curating events, member socials, and live music nights that enhance the overall golf and resort experience.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring every guest experience is exceptional.
Manage front-of-house staff and work with the kitchen team to deliver our food and drinks products on time and with impeccable quality.
Oversee and enhance the beverage cart experience, ensuring golfers enjoy top-notch service while on the course reflective of our restaurant vibe.
Collaborate on food and beverage menu curation to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and appealing to members and guests.
Conceive and execute creative restaurant events, such as themed member socials, live music nights, and special dining experiences.
Develop and maintain high service standards, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.
Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Alongside the F&B Lead, handle scheduling, staff training, and ongoing support to create a motivated and well-equipped team.
Along the F&B Lead, assist in budget management, inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
A natural leader with a love for hospitality
Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar setting.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle timelines, quality control, and guest satisfaction.
A creative spirit with a knack for planning engaging events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build relationships with guests and staff.

This is currently a seasonal role from approximately April 1st to November 15th. This person will be given the opportunity to develop opportunities to justify full time employment and that is our goal, however, shortage of work may occur due to the seasonal nature of our business.
