About the Role
As a Restaurant Server, you are the face of our dining experience, ensuring that each guest is welcomed warmly, served efficiently, and leaves looking forward to their next visit. You will work closely with the Restaurant Lead and kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and help create a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to presentation and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
Assist with event service for member socials, live music nights, and other resort activities.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns graciously and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
A passion for great service and making people feel welcome.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain it before the season starts).

Additional Details
This is a seasonal role, with shifts available from April to November. Opportunities for on-call hours may be available during off- peak season and re-hiring in future seasons.
