Chesler Shoes is looking for a mature and outgoing individual who loves interacting with people, is enthusiastic about their workplace, and is passionate about the products we sell.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect pair of shoes.
* Provide knowledgeable advice on shoe styles, sizes, and care.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Sales:
* Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
* Inform customers about current promotions
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Store Operations:
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
* Restock shelves and ensure displays are visually appealing.
* Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking new shipments.
Administrative Duties:
* Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
* High school diploma or equivalent (required).
* Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
Must be available 9 - 5 weekends and during the week
