  • Familiarize and keep up-to-date on the manufacturer’s technical bulletins.
  • Conduct themselves at all times in a civil, professional and polite manner both with fellow staff and customers.
  • Comply with required health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Have 2 - 3 years related experience in an automotive service environment.

Job duties are as follows, but not limited to:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, emails and online inquiries to book Service Appointments
  • Identify customer needs and recommend available services
  • Update client and vehicle records and check for outstanding recalls/updates
  • Book Service Appointments, follow up to rebook missed or cancelled appointments
  • Notify customers and book appointments for back ordered parts

This position is a permanent full-time position with hours of operation Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some Saturdays may be required.

Valid G Class Driver’s Licence

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
