Based at our Belleville branch office and reporting to the Supervisor, Administrative Services, the Team Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a designated team of Society staff. The incumbent employs various administrative skills and methods in assisting service team members in the provision of services to families and children.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Education and Skills:
· A Business Administration Diploma or equivalent two-year diploma from an accredited College program;
· A minimum of 18 months of related business administration experience;
· Proven computer and keyboarding skills including working knowledge of a variety of software applications;
· Proven organizational skills to set and meet priorities and established Ministry and Society requirements and to manage assigned workload;
· Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with Society staff and families as well as community collaterals and the general public.
