Warehouse Supervisor

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Belleville team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. Your role will involve managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Shifts: 11 pm to 8 am

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Ensure employees operate in a safe environment according to policies
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage building activities and lead Health and Safety objectives and meetings, with floor leader
• Monitor, track and maintain records for warehouse MHE
• Train new employees on new MHE and warehouse activities
• Ability to assess and monitor work environment improvements
• Provide support to Distribution Center Manager on all warehouse functions
• Understand shipping and receiving practices

Supervisor Requirements :

• College Diploma in Logistics and/or Supply Chain; or equivalent Warehouse Supervisor experience considered.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and supervisor skills
• Time management skills and ability to delegate/instruct
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems
• Excellent leadership skills
• Analytical skills and technical acumen for computer applications.
• Able to communicate effectively with management and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
